Terms and Conditions — NextGen Safe N Secure 

Before proceeding to deal with us, please read these terms and conditions. It will clarify any doubts you may have about our operations.

1. Definition 

In this agreement, The word “Company” refers to NextGen Safe N Secure Packers & Movers and Car Transport, a service provider offering relocation services. The Word “Client” refers to an individual or business that will be using our services. “Goods” means all items being moved such as car, household item, office items, bike, pet and other stuff. The items can be personal, commercial, or office property. “Relocation” includes packing, loading, transportation, unloading, and unpacking of goods. These terms apply to allow of our company services within India and as agreed at the time of booking. It is important to understand these terms and conditions to avoid miscommunication and ensure a smooth experience. 

2. Understanding Our Services

Our Company provides comprehensive relocation services that includes all packing and moving solutions, solution such as Car Transport, Bike Transport, Household shifting, Office shifting, pet relocation and other goods transport such as spares or equipment. Our team ensures careful handling of all items using standard tools and professional packing material such as bubble wraps, cardboard, foam, and other specialised stuff as per requirement for the safety of goods. We currently operate across india and facilitate both state and Interstate moves. Additional service such as transit insurance, unpacking carry additional cost. Clients are requested to clarify the scope of service of they want before finalising the booking to avoid any misunderstanding or extra cost.

3. Booking and Payment 

At our company, there are no minimum booking charges. You can book with us without paying a penny. However, if you book without making an advance payment, you will incur a nominal charge, which will be quoted in your bill at the time of booking. Before finalising your booking, please do a calculation and choose accordingly. If you book with a small payment, you can save on the cash-on-delivery charge, and the rest of the amount can be given at the time of delivery. It’s important to make your booking request at least 48 hours in advance for proper planning. If you need an urgent or same-day move, there will be additional costs. We will share all of our pricing with you, and there will be no hidden charges added without your consent. You will receive an estimate invoice, and once you confirm it, the final will be processed. At the time of your relocation, you will receive a physical copy of the bill. Late payments can cause delays or even cancellation.

4. Quotation and Price validity

All quotation given by our company are valid for a particular period of time and upon booking, you can ask for it by our company executive. Quotes are provided after understanding your requirements and include applicable GST, toll fees, fuel, labor charges, and transport costs.

5. Insurance and Liability

Our company “NextGen” offers options transit insurance to protect your goods during transportation. If the client chooses no transit insurance, he will be liable for any damages that might happen during transit. The company holds no liability for damages that is caused by road conditions, weather, or handling. Insurance typically covers physical damage but not electrical failure or internal faults. Clients must inspect their goods upon delivery and report any visible damage within 24 hours, supported by photos and signed documents. Claims filed outside this timeframe may not be accepted. Insurance is recommended for valuable or fragile goods, and we can assist in facilitating coverage through our partner agencies.

6. Client Responsibilities 

Clients are expected to prepare their belongings before the scheduled pickup. This includes removing all valuable items such as jewelry, cash, and personal documents, as our Company will not be liable for their loss. You should also notify us about any fragile, oversized, or expensive items in advance so they can be packed and handled with extra care. Ensure that staircases, lifts, and driveways are accessible for loading and unloading. If you are unavailable during relocation, a representative should be appointed on your behalf to oversee the process and sign the delivery slip.

7. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances 

While our company aims to provide on time deliveries, but we cannot ignore some unforeseen scenarios such as road traffic, natural phenomenon, vehicle breakout or accident. While we provide you can estimated time deliveries but that timeline is considered when things go normally throughout the transit. So please beware that sometimes your goods might take one or two extra days. In case of delays our team will help you and inform about every movement of your goods. We always strive to deliver within agreed timelines, but request your cooperation and patience during unforeseen events. No compensation will be provided for delay-related inconveniences unless contractually specified.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Clients can cancel their booking by notifying us via phone or email. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup. If you wish to reschedule your move, we allow reschedule, mostly free but in case of extra traffic, you might have to pay extra charges compared to the initial agreed amount. Once items are loaded and on move, there will be no refund.

9. Prohibited Items

Our company will not be held accountable for transporting perishable goods or banned items in specific states. For instance, shipping alcohol alongside other goods makes you responsible for it and could lead to direct legal action. If any such items are discovered during loading or unloading, they may be reported to authorities in accordance with applicable law. It is the client’s responsibility to declare the contents of their shipment honestly. Failure to do so may result in penalties or legal action.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Our company is abided by all the rules and regulation of Indian Government under the information technology act, 2000. In the event of a dispute, both parties are encouraged to resolve the issue through mutual discussion or arbitration before initiating formal legal action. This ensures transparency, fairness, and quicker resolution.

11. Modifications to Terms

Our Company reserves the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes may reflect new service features, changes in law, or business requirements. The updated version of our T&C will always be pushed on our official website, and it is the client's responsibility to review them before confirming a booking. Continuing to use our services after the changes confirms your acceptance of the new terms.
